The contractors should be held fully responsible if the bridges on which such trains run collapse in less than 20 years. For such period the trains should run with minimum maintenance of the bridges and tracks which should be done by the contractors free of cost as this should be within the warranty period. Such systems should be extended to other states including eastern states as they provide the revenues for the projects and it should be under above responsibility condition for the contractors.
