NEET re-test: NTA opens correction window
Ahmedabad: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a notification regarding the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination to be held on June 21. Candidates whose current residential address has changed and who wish to revise their examination city preference have been given a special opportunity to make corrections through an online window. According to the notification, candidates can update their details on the official website until May 21, without paying any additional fee.Through the online application portal, candidates will be allowed to change their present address and update their first and second choices of examination cities. However, the NTA has clarified that no other details in the application form can be edited during this correction period. Students who do not make any changes within the given time will continue with their previously selected examination city preferences.The agency has further stated that no requests or applications for changing the examination centre or address will be accepted after the deadline of May 21.
