Pilibhit: One person died and three others were injured after a heap of excavated mud collapsed during resort construction on the Madhotanda-Bifurcation Road around 10.30am on Thursday. The four labourers were levelling a mound of mud removed during the construction of a large septic tank when the heap caved in. The injured were rushed to the Autonomous State Medical College at Pilibhit district headquarters.
