Krishna dismissed P G R Sindhia''s (JDU) charge that the new transfer policy formulated by the government was under the "dictates" of the World Bank, which has agreed to fund adminstrative restructuring project.
He said the government, in consonance with the recommendations of the Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) has introduced several measures to bring in accountability and transparency in administration.
Krishna cited the right to information bill, transparency act and e-governance policy introduced by the government.
