He stated in his complaint that his father Premchand Kandare and uncle Vijay Kandare, 30, run a chicken and fish shop at Fish Market on 80-feet Road in Bagsewaniya. He alleged that on Sunday night around 7pm, when he was at his chicken shop with his father and uncle, the accused Chinu, who resides in their neighbourhood, approached their shop and purchased chicken and fish.
