23-yr-old dies as pickup rams e-rick
Bhopal: A 23-year-old e-rickshaw driver died after a speeding loading pickup vehicle allegedly rammed into his vehicle from behind on Jagdishpur-Eintkhedi road on Tuesday evening.
Police said that around four kilometres away from his house, near Jagdishpur village, a loading pickup vehicle coming from behind allegedly hit the e-rickshaw while being driven rashly and negligently. Due to the impact, the e-rickshaw overturned. Moin sustained serious head and multiple body injuries in the accident.
His relative, who was travelling behind him on a motorcycle, witnessed the incident and informed family members. Relatives rushed to the spot and took Moin to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead after examination.
Police have seized the loading pickup vehicle.
