Won’t contest, Akash writes to Nadda; supporters demand ticket
Bhopal: A day after supporters of BJP MLA from Indore-3 Akash Vijayvargiya’s supporters reached the state party headquarters and demanded that the legislator be fielded again from his constituency, the party clarified that Prime Minister Modi will not permit dynastic politics.
“Dynastic politics will not be allowed in this country. This is PM Modi’s guarantee.

Dynastic politics is the guarantee of the Congress party not the BJP,” state BJP president VD Sharma said addressing the media on Friday. Sharma was replying to a question on whether Akash Vijayvargiya would be fielded after pressure from his supporters.
Kailash Vijayvargiya’s candidature from Indore-1 was announced in the second list of BJP candidates announced on September 25.
On Thursday, Kailash Vijayvargiya said that Akash Vijayvargiya wrote to BJP national president JP Nadda and said that he does not want to contest the polls from Indore-3 constituency. However, Akash Vijayvargiya’s supporters from Indore reached Bhopal in three buses on Thursday and met Union minister for labour Bhupendra Yadav. They demanded that Akash Vijayvargiya be fielded again from the Indore – 3 seat. tnn

Vijayvargiya also stated that the party is not concerned about party leaders switching to Congress and that it will not face any difficulty from these switchovers. He addressed the resentment among party workers during the ongoing Jan Ashirwad Yatra, stating that it is common when a party retains government for a long time.
