In a separate incident, Tapan Patra was seriously injured when a coconut tree fell on his house in Balasore district.

NEW DELHI: An elderly woman died at a cyclone shelter in Odisha's Kendrapara district on Friday.
The 82-year-old woman identified as Hemalata Nayak of Bankual village died on Thursday night of suspected cardiac arrest at a cyclone shelter set up at Kalyan Mandap Dangamal under Dangamal gram panchayat under Rajnagar block of Kendrapara district.
Block development officer of Rajnagar block, Nishant Mishra, clarified, "The woman died of cardiac arrest and not related to cyclone-related incident."
The government is arranging her cremation at Swargadwar in Puri as per her family's wishes.
In a separate incident, a 40-year-old man named Tapan Patra sustained severe injuries when a coconut tree fell on his house in Balasore district on Friday morning. Patra was rushed to Baliapal Hospital for treatment.
