3 movies on organ donation soon

CHANDIGARH: The department of hepatology, PGI, would release three movies on organ donation.
These are "Angdaan Mahadaan", which describes all aspects of organ donation and future plans, "Nai Kiran", a drama of a young son who decides to donate all organs of his mother to save lives of several people, and an animation for kids that gives a message that one can change the defective parts of a toy, but to change damaged organs of a body, you need live organs from a brain-dead person.
These movies will be used to promote the noble cause in the community through camps and displaying them in various OPDs of PGI.
Dr R K Dhiman, department of hepatology, PGI, as organ donation coordinator played active role to take this programme to new heights.
