NEW DELHI: An unidentified man, along with a young boy, robbed a physiotherapist at his clinic in east Delhi’s Anand Vihar last week. The CCTV footage which captured the entire incident shows the robbers entering the ground floor clinic of Dr Piyush Jha on the pretext of receiving treatment.
The accused claimed that his son was unwell and needed treatment, but soon took out a pistol and threatened the doctor to hand over all the cash.

After taking all the money from the clinic, the two asked the victim to take him to his house, located on the first floor. Inside the house, the accused tied the physiotherapist and his wife to a chair and fled with their valuables.
“A case of robbery has been registered at Anand Vihar police station. We are probing into the matter,” said a police officer.
