Bandodkar's bail order on February 26

MAPUSA: Special court judge Nutan Sardesai on Monday posted an order on a bail application moved by former Canacona deputy town planner Prakash Bandodkar to February 26.
On February 28, the court is likely to pass orders on bail applications moved by former chief officers of the Canacona municipal council Deepak Desai and Pradeep Naik.
The court also extended the duration of police custody of Desai and Naik by four days, after the police had produced them before the court seeking their remand.
The judicial custody of former Canacona chief officer Prashant Shirodkar and contractor Vishwas Desai was also extended by 14 days.
