10-yr-old dies, another boy suffers burns

Hyderabad: A 10-year-old boy accidentally fell from a four-storied building at Madhapur, on Wednesday, while flying kite and died. In another incident, a boy suffered burns when the kite he was flying came in contact with an overhead electric wire at Badangpet.
According to Madhapur police, Nikhil, along with three other boys, went to an under-construction building to fly kites.“While flying the kite, Nikhil fell from the fourth floor and died,” Madhapur SI V Srinivas said.
In another case, 14-year-old Mandala Narsimha suffered burns when his kite came in touch with an electric wire in Badangpet. “When the boy pulled the manja, sparks from the electric wire fell on him. The dry grass on which Narasimha was standing also caught fire and he suffered burns,” Meerpet SI B Krishna Reddy said. The body was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for treatment. TNN
