Cases booked against Talasani over remarks on CM Revanth
Hyderabad: Begumpet and SR Nagar police have registered two separate cases against former minister and Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav following complaints by Congress party workers over his alleged inappropriate remarks against chief minister A Revanth Reddy.According to the complaint lodged by Congress worker Ravi Kiran, Talasani made objectionable comments about the chief minister during a recent media conference at a function hall in Balamrai, where he was speaking on the formation of the Secunderabad Municipal Corporation.

Acting on the complaint, SR Nagar police registered a case on Tuesday under Sections 351 (criminal intimidation) and 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).In a similar complaint, Congress worker Chiranjeevi approached Begumpet police, who also registered a case against Talasani under the same BNS sections on Tuesday.
