TV technician arrested for misbehaving with woman

HYDERABAD: Kacheguda police arrested a cable TV technician for misbehaving with a housewife on Sunday.
Police nabbed K Balaraj alias Balu from Golnaka. On Sunday afternoon, Balu went to the residence of a 30-year-old housewife at Krishna Nagar in Kacheguda when she was alone and held her hand. The victim raised an alarm and Balaraju fled from the spot.Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, Kacheguda police arrested Balaraju from his house under section 354 (Assault or use of criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
