Indore: A single-member judicial commission probing the water contamination crisis in Bhagirathpura, Indore, has extended the deadline for residents to submit evidence, giving affected families and organisations more time to place material on record.
Headed by Justice Sushil Kumar Gupta, a retired judge of the MP high court, the commission had earlier set Feb 28 as the last date for submissions. Following requests from residents seeking additional time to compile documents and factual data, the panel has now pushed the deadline to April 1.
