AMRITSAR: Three persons including a 12 years old young boy had a tragic death in an accident near Amritsar on Friday.
According to reports a high speed Ford Fiesta which was on way to Jalandhar from Amritsar collided with a motorcycle near Fatuwal village killing its driver Nishan Singh . The collision was so forceful that after hitting the motorcycle the car turtled and hit two cyclists leaving a young boy decapitated.

They were identified as Amarjit Singh and Manpreet Singh , grandfather and grandson respectively The head of the boy was recovered at least ten feet away from the accident site. The car then hit a Safari vehicle coming from opposite direction but didn’t cause much damage . The passerby’s evacuated a newly wed couple from the car and rushed them to hospital. The papers recovered from the vehicle identified the couple as Sukhraj Singh and Kamalpreet Kaur who were married on March 15th.
In charge police chowki Rayya Amandeep Singh informed that they had taken the bodies in their possession and had sent them for post mortem. A case against unidentified driver had been registered.
