Actor Ranveer Singh’s name surfaced during investigations into extortion and threat messages targeting celebrities. Agencies examined possible links to gang operatives as part of a broader probe into intimidation attempts at public figures.

Shots were fired outside AP Dhillon’s Vancouver home in 2024. Police said the act was meant to spread fear and push extortion demands rather than cause direct harm.

Even from jail, Bishnoi is alleged to run operations through aides like Goldy Brar, coordinating threats and attacks across borders using digital channels.
