Medical team visits Gaya village as 4 die in a week

Gaya: With the death of four persons, including three women, due to some unknown reasons at village Bhadwar under Dumaria block of the district within one week has scared people of the area. The deceased were aged between 35 and 55 years. A medical team, on the directive of civil surgeon KK Rai, visited the village on Saturday and collected blood samples of the villagers.
“Another medical team would be visiting the village on Monday. The doctors are putting their efforts to ascertain the cause of deaths,” the civil surgeon said on Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Anarwa Devi, Premni Devi, Siru Bhuian and Urmila Devi. Premni and Urmila were sisters. Anarwa died on Monday, while Premni and Urmila on Friday.
