Mahavir Jayanti: Jipmer OPD to remain closed on April 4

PUDUCHERRY: The outpatient department (OPD) in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (Jipmer) will remain closed on April 4 in view of Mahavir Jayanti.
Mahavir Jayanthi is one of the Union government holidays.
In a statement on Monday, Jipmer requested the patients not to come to Jipmer OPD on April 4. However, the emergency services will function without any interruption on the day.
