Special public prosecutor appointed for NIA court

PUDUCHERRY: N Balamourougan has been appointed as the special public prosecutor for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court in Puducherry for three years to handle cases filed by the agency in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
N Baaskaran has been appointed as a special public prosecutor for the NIA special court and Madras high court for three years.
The Union home ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard nominating 34 advocates as public prosecutors for NIA courts and high courts in the country.
