Man threatens to circulate video of sex with wife

AHMEDABAD: A man fighting a harassment and physical abused case filed by his wife got into further trouble after he showed her brother a video of the couple's sex act. The family court hearing the case took notice of a fresh complaint from the victimised woman's brother and posted the matter for next hearing on November 16.
According to a police complaint filed by Sumit Daga, the brother of victim Shilpa, his sister's husband Ashok Daga, a resident of Maninagar, started harassing her for dowry a year after their wedding in 2006.
The two had met at a common relative's wedding in Mumbai in 2005. Shilpa claimed Ashok began harassing her after she came to know of his alleged extra-marital affairs.
On one occasion, he beat her up severely and demanded dowry. Following this, she filed a complaint alleging mental and physical harassment against Askok at Maninagar police station.
Shilpa left her husband's house for her father's place and sought maintenance from him.
