President’s police medals for 11 officers

Thiruvananthapuram has selected 11 police officers for the President's Police Medals. These include IGP Prakash and Anup Kumar from the State Special Branch in Thiruvananthapuram City, John from the State Special Branch in Thrissur Range, and Kozhikode Shamsudeen, DSP Vignesh, and Palakkad G L Ajith Kumar from the State Special Branch in Palakkad City. Ten officers from the State Special Branch have been selected for the President's Police Medals for Meritorious Service. These include Igs Prabhakar and Prajwal from the State Special Branch in Thiruvananthapuram City, John from the State Special Branch in Thrissur Range, and Kozhikode Shamsudeen, DSP Vignesh, and Palakkad G L Ajith Kumar from the State Special Branch in Palakkad City. President’s police medals for 11 officers
Thiruvananthapuram: As many as 11 police officers from the state have been selected for the President’s police medals being conferred on the eve of the Republic Day.
SP (state special branch Thrissur range) Ammose Mamman has been selected for the president’s police medal for distinguished service. As many as 10 officers from the state have been selected for the President’s police medals for the meritorious service.

The awardees include IGs P Prakash and Anup Kuruvilla John. While Prakash is IG, intelligence, Anup Kuruvilla John is on central deputation serving in the research and analysis wing.
