Students ready for TEDx MSU

VADODARA: Students of M S University are all geared up to host TEDxTheMSUniversityBaroda.
The fourth edition of TEDxMSU which is being organised by students of different faculties of the university will be held on Sunday.
TED is a non-profit organization based in the USA devoted to ideas worth spreading. The TEDx Talks are local and self-organized events to give influential people a platform to share their story and inspire people all over the world.
“TEDxTheMSUniversityBaroda is one of the local initiatives to bring eminent personalities to Vadodara and give them a stage to inspire the people here,” said a student, part of the organising team.
The theme of this time’s TEDx is renaissance, referring to the rebirth of ideas.
The TEDx, will witness a range of speakers including Padma Vibhushan and Padma Bhushan awardee Sonal Mansingh, world’s first professional female tabla player Anuradha Pal, project director of Statue of Unity Mukesh Raval and renowned Indian neuroscientist Shubha Tole.
Chief secretary Dr J N Singh, celebrated veena player Jayanthi Kumaresh, environmentalist Arun Krishnamurthy, illusionist and mentalist Preveen Pandita and international speaker Daniel Ramamoorthy are among other speakers during the day.
