The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) has released the admit card for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2026. Candidates who applied for the recruitment drive can now download their hall tickets from the official website of IDBI Bank.
The online examination is scheduled to be conducted on April 12, 2026 (morning session). Candidates are advised to download their admit cards well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
Through this recruitment drive, IDBI Bank aims to fill 1,100 vacancies for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ across various zones in India. These include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh.
The recruitment process includes the following stages:
Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for the interview round. The final selection will be based on combined performance in the online test and interview.
The online examination will consist of 200 questions for 200 marks. The total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.
Except for the English Language section, all other tests will be available bilingually in English and Hindi.
Candidates applying for the post must meet the following requirements:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Grade ‘O’ officers. The annual salary will range between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh (Cost to Company) in a Class A city.
Candidates will be placed on one-year probation. Based on performance and availability of vacancies, they may be promoted to Grade ‘A’ after three years.

- Educational qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum marks required
- 60% for General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC)
- 55% for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
- Age limit (as on March 1, 2026)
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Maximum age: 25 years
