Karan Joshi on never giving up
In a recent interview with Namitaa Sachdeva, Karan spoke honestly about self doubt, belief, and never giving up. He said, “Self-doubt hota hai… but giving up is never an option.”
Joshi shared that his life has not always been easy. He spoke in a very simple and open way. He said, “I used to give up every night. But I have to wake up in the morning and work hard.” These words showed how real his struggle was. He also connected his life with the film. He said, “As it is in the film, we have all experienced it somewhere. That's why those emotions have also been portrayed.”
Joshi felt those emotions were always inside him adding, “They were hidden somewhere. That is also a blessing.”
Karan Joshi on the COVID-19 phase and his decision to keep moving
Karan also spoke about the difficult time during COVID. He shared how unsure everything felt back then.
He said, “I don't know what will happen tomorrow. But I have to keep going. I don't think I will give up.”
Joshi recalled reading something during the pandemic that made him worried, saying, “When COVID came, I read somewhere that the public would not gather for years.” That thought scared him. But instead of stopping, he chose another path. He said clearly, “So I decided to work hard.”
This phase changed his thinking and made him stronger, allowing him to push himself to believe in himself even when things looked dark.
'Laalo' completes 100 glorious days in cinemas
'Laalo' has now reached a very happy moment. The film has completed 100 glorious days in theatres in its original Gujarati language. The makers are celebrating this moment with full hearts. It is a big achievement for the whole team.
