With the inclusion of premiere preview shows and opening day ticket sales, the total North American advance bookings have climbed to an estimated USD 2.85 million, signalling a strong opening for the film. With the buzz around the film and additional footfalls on its opening day, the film is likely set to make new records at the box office.
Meanwhile, the opening weekend collections are already on their way to the USD 10 million mark. As per the report, the full opening weekend collection in North America alone has been estimated at USD 6.4 million. The overseas advance total has thus risen to an estimated USD 9 million.
With numbers expected to rise further, the film could just be eyeing a total collection surpassing the USD 10 million mark.

As per early advance booking reports, the film has raked in an estimated USD 9 million for its opening weekend, reports Venky box office. The film has witnessed particularly good momentum in North America, where premiere advance sales alone have reached approximately USD 1.85 million. In the United States, the film’s premiere gross stands at USD 1.54 million across 740 locations, with over 2,100 shows and more than 97,000 tickets sold.With the inclusion of premiere preview shows and opening day ticket sales, the total North American advance bookings have climbed to an estimated USD 2.85 million, signalling a strong opening for the film. The film’s overseas performance has been equally impressive, with opening day (including preview shows) raking in an advance sale estimated to be around USD 4 million.Meanwhile, the opening weekend collections are already on their way to the USD 10 million mark. As per the report, the full opening weekend collection in North America alone has been estimated at USD 6.4 million. The overseas advance total has thus risen to an estimated USD 9 million.
With numbers expected to rise further, the film could just be eyeing a total collection surpassing the USD 10 million mark.
Highest international debut weekend collections for an Indian film
However, it remains to be seen if the film has what it takes to beat previous records created by other Indian films over the years. The current record is held by 'Pathaan' starring Shah Rukh Khan, which grossed around USD 26 million. 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' collected around USD 22.5 million in its overseas opening weekend while 'Jawan' starring Shah Rukh, opened to approximately USD 21.5 million.
