The much awaited first look teaser of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama from 'Ramayana' has just been revealed after much anticipation. While the teaser has gotten a mixed response, largely people have loved Ranbir get into the shoes of Lord Rama. Just as netizens and many celebrities have reacted to the teaser, film-maker Sanjay Gupta has now dropped a cryptic note. He took to X, formerly Twitter and wrote, "KHODA PAHAAD… NIKLA CHUHA." This is a Hindi expression often used to describe a situation where great expectations lead to an underwhelming result.Although Gupta did not mention any film or offer further context, several users speculated that his comment was directed at the teaser of Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious mythological project.

Another commented, “strange to see a comment from a filmmaker who is judging a two-minute teaser in his mobile of a movie which has been filmed for IMAX.

Earlier, after producer Namit Malhotra revealed that the two-part epic is being made on a staggering budget of nearly Rs 4,000 crore, Gupta had shared another post on X that read, “MATRIX, LORD OF THE RINGS, AVATAAR, DUNE, STARWARS, etc. All films with groundbreaking never seen before VFX.
