Hridaan Roshan continues the family’s creative legacy
Hridaan, the younger son of Hrithik Roshan and his ex-wife Sussanne Khan, comes from a family deeply rooted in cinema. His grandparents are well-known names, filmmaker-actor Rakesh Roshan and actor Sanjay Khan. Interestingly, Hrithik himself is gearing up to don the director’s hat for the upcoming ‘Krrish’ film. With Hridaan now choosing to study filmmaking, many believe he might be the next in line to carry forward the family’s creative tradition.

Hrithik and Sussanne tied the knot in 2000 and parted ways in 2014. They are parents to two sons, Hrehaan, born in 2005, and Hridaan, born in 2008. Even after their divorce, the two have maintained an amicable relationship and continue to co-parent their children.

During the pandemic, Hrithik and Sussanne chose to move in together so they could jointly care for their sons. In 2020, Sussanne expressed her admiration for Hrithik as a father through a heartfelt Instagram post. She uploaded a video montage of his adorable moments with their children and described him as “the best dad ever.” Her caption read, “When God knew he couldn’t be everywhere, he made ‘A Dad.'" Happy Daddy's Day, Rye... you are simply the best dad ever. #rayridzrye.”
Hridaan Roshan’s father, Hrithik, plans the next big project
In recent years, Hrithik’s box office journey has been a mix of hits and misses. He found moderate success with the action drama 'Fighter,' which also featured Deepika Padukone. However, his most recent outing, the spy thriller ‘War 2,' didn’t do well at the box office. The pan-India project, marking Jr NTR’s Bollywood debut, faced criticism from both audiences and critics alike. Hrithik is now gearing up to direct and star in ‘Krrish 4.'
