Mira Rajput reveals why she won’t ‘dump’ her broken watch

Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput is a social media sensation and she often shares interesting bits about her life on Instagram. Recently, her watch was getting a lot of attention on social media, since it was broken and she continued to use it. Putting up an Instagram story, Mira Rajput revealed the real reason why she is not ditching her watch despite it having a shattered screen. She referred to her watch as ‘body positive’ and stated that it know the beat of her heart.

Sharing details about her watch, Mira wrote, “My broken watch seems to be getting a lot of attention. She’s body positive, loves the way she looks despite her flaws, which actually have no impact on how well she performs, and a change of strap makes her feel new again every now and then. So I’m not going to dump her for the next PHT. So please let her be because she works absolutely fine and knows the beat of my heart. We all have cracks, mine are all Kinstugi.”

Mira Rajput enjoys 2.7 million followers on Instagram and is massively popular with fans. Apart from her chic style, Mira is also known for her fitness routine and Yoga posts on Instagram. Shahid Kapoor had tied the knot with Mira Rajput in July 2015 and are parents to two adorable munchkins, Misha (4) and Zain (2). While Shahid is a Bollywood heartthrob, Mira comes from a totally non-filmy background. Speaking to BT, Mira revealed that everyone has warmly accepted her when she moved to Mumbai from Delhi after her marriage. “Everyone has been very kind to me and respected our personal space. So, adjusting to this wasn’t bothersome at all. The last five years have been wonderful in all aspects. I don’t consider our household to be a film family. It’s just that my husband works in films. It is his profession, and not something that formulates our entire life,” Mira had shared.
