There is no evidence against Aryan Khan

Aryan Khan's bail application before the sessions court stated that he is innocent and falsely implicated. "This is a case of no evidence at all" of his involvement in any production, distribution, sale financing or illicit trafficking and all allegations against him, if any, are bailable in nature, the application stressed.

Sameer Wankhede on targeting Bollywood in drugs bust

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) was accused of targeting Aryan Khan and his family. Refuting all such reports, Sameer Wankhede told ETimes in an interview, “ “We are not targeting anyone at all. We have nothing against him. We have arrested more than 300 people in the last 10 months. Out of those, at the most, there would be about 4 to 5 known people. How can you say that we are targeting anyone? Most of those arrested in the last one year are hard-core, drug-related criminals.”

No drugs recovered from Aryan Khan

From day one, Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has argued in court that Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials have found no contraband in Aryan’s possession. Therefore NCB’s request to not grant bail, citing an embargo on bail under section 37 of the NDPS act doesn’t apply to Aryan at all. Especially since nothing was recovered from him and allegations for other accused in the case like Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others are also of small quantity.
