Our baby girl is finally home: Sanjjanaa Galrani

Actor Sanjjanaa Galrani is over the moon as she welcomes her second baby: a little girl. “My first pregnancy was quite easy, but this time was incredibly challenging for me,” she tells Bangalore Times, in her first interview post-delivery. Excerpts:

Sanjjanaa reveals, “Having been diagnosed with Placenta Previa, a C-section was necessary. I was panicking, thinking I wouldn’t make it out of the operating room. In fact, for a few hours before I was wheeled into surgery, I was sharing all my details like passwords in the family group... However, the moment I held my daughter, all those worries became insignificant,” says Sanjjanaa.

She adds, “For a couple of months before my due date, I spent time with my son to prepare him for his sibling’s arrival. I kept telling him there’s a baby in my tummy and that he would soon have a best friend for life. He was very excited, and ever since our little one came home, he showers her with so much love and affection. It’s so heartwarming.”
