After the big success of 'Thudarum', director Tharun Moorthy and Mohanlal are coming together once again. Their new film officially began on the last day with a special pooja ceremony. The screenplay pooja was held at the famous Vaikom Mahadeva Temple.

'Drishyam 3' and what lies ahead

Mohanlal’s much-awaited 'Drishyam 3' is also moving ahead strongly. Directed by Jeethu Joseph the film is confirmed for a worldwide theatrical release on April 2 this year. The release is planned around the Vishu festival. 'Drishyam 3' will continue the story of Georgekutty.

ETimes review for the film read, "The dialogues are weak, and the emotions often feel exaggerated. The love angle feels unconvincing and does not create any real connection with the audience. The background score sounds more suited to a commercial action movie than a myth based drama."
