‘Now, it has started to improve’: Mammootty talks about temporary loss of smell
Superstar Mammootty has recently opened up about a brief health concern of losing smell. The actor revealed that he experienced a temporary loss of smell, which is now gradually improving.
The superstar spoke about the health struggle while inaugurating the hearing-aid initiative ‘Kathodu Kathoram’ at the 16th anniversary celebrations of the Care and Share International Foundation. He spoke about how senses are a blessing, at the initiative aimed to support the hearing-impaired.
"Sight, hearing, and smell are what humans need the most. For a while, I didn't have any of this. Now, it has started to improve a bit," Mammootty said.
Mammootty added that senses are the greatest blessing in life, and one may only realise the true value when they are lost. "Hearing is a blessing. There are many who have been deprived of it. This project is for them,” he said.
