Prithviraj's collaboration with Tovino and Dijo

Director praises Kayadu Lohar
'Pallichattambi' started shooting in February 2025. Kayadu Lohar has already finished her shoot. Director Dijo shared pictures from the set earlier after wrapping up her sequences.
He wrote, “Our star Kayadu Lohar completes her journey in Pallichattambi. A performer a powerhouse and the heart of our story. Thank you Kayadu for bringing so much soul laughter and magic to every frame. You made this journey unforgettable.” He also said her role forms the emotional core of the story.
Cast and characters in the film
'Pallichattambi' stars Tovino Thomas as the main lead. Kayadu Lohar plays the female lead. This is one of her important Malayalam films after Vinayan's 'Pathonpatham Noottandu'. The movie also has a strong supporting cast. Vijayaraghavan Johny Antony Sudheer Karamana TG Ravi Prashanth Alexander and Sreejith Ravi are part of the film. The movie is said to be an action-based period drama.
'Pallichattambi' is expected to be the comeback of Dijo after Nivin Pauly's film 'Malayalee From India' which didn't satisfy the audiences.
On the other hand Prithviraj is all set for his next film 'Khalifa' which is an action film. His previous film was 'Vilayath Buddha' which received 3.5 stars from ETimes and our review read, "Vilayath Buddha is a well made film, but with battling male egos at its crux and the massy elements, it feels a bit ‘more of the same’."
