‘Saturday Night’ to ‘Padavettu’: Highly anticipated upcoming movies of Nivin Pauly

Mollywood’s young superstar Nivin Pauly relied completely on his hard work and dedication to achieving the stardom that he holds now and the actor has also set his foot in the other film industries by playing strong characters. After taking a long gap, Nivin Pauly is back on the silver screen and this time he has a couple of highly anticipated projects in his kitty. With the upcoming movie ‘Saturday Night’, the Mollywood director Rosshan Andrrews is taking a different path from thrillers and riveting drama movies. ‘Saturday Night’ is touted to be a full-on entertainer that revolves around four young cousins. Nivin Pauly will be playing the lead character in the movie and the rest of the actors in ‘Saturday Night’ include Aju Varghese, Saiju Kurup, Saniya Iyappan, Siju Wilson, Malavika Sreenath, and Grace Antony. The film will hit the big screens on September 29.

Nivin Pauly’s team-up movie with the director Anuraj Manohar has an interesting title ‘Shekhara Varma Rajavu’ and the script is penned down by the debutant writer S Ranjith. Although many details about the movie are not yet disclosed by the makers, the expectation levels for this Nivin Pauly starrer are high among the audience, as the director’s previous work ‘Ishq’ clicked with the viewers for its content matter and magnificent performances from the actors Shane Nigam, Ann Sheetal, and Shine Tom Chacko.

Even though the release of Rajeev Ravi’s ‘Thuramukham’ has been pushed many times and the makers have not yet unveiled the official release date of the movie, this Nivin Pauly starrer has become one of the most anticipated movies of the actor. Helmed by the ‘Kammattipaadam’ director Rajeev Ravi, the script of ‘Thuramukham’ is penned down by the writer Gopan Chidambaran. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film also features the actors Indrajith Sukumaran, Joju George, Arjun Ashokan, Sudev Nair, Manikandan R Achari, and Senthil Krishna in pivotal roles.

Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Padavettu’ stepped into controversy as the debutant director Liju Krishna was taken into custody alleging sexual assault on a woman. ‘Padavettu’ invests heavily in its plot and magnificent performances of the actors Nivin Pauly, Aditi Balan, Shine Tom Chacko, Shammi Thilakan, and Indrans. ‘Padavettu’ is touted to be a thriller and will be hitting the big screens on October 21st.
