​Manju Warrier’s ‘Ayisha’ starts rolling

Manju Warrier has begun shooting for her Malayalam-Arabic bilingual movie ‘Ayisha’, this week. The makers kick-started the shoot in Ras al Khaimah, UAE. The actress shared a picture from the sets of the film and confirmed the same. The film is touted to be a family drama.

​‘Jaya Jaya Jaya JAYA HEY’

After the smashing success of his superhero film 'Minnal Murali', director Basil Joseph has announced his next film as an actor. Titled ‘Jaya Jaya Jaya JAYA HEY’, the film will feature Darshana Rajendran and Basil Joseph in the lead role. The film is helmed by Vipin Das, and the makers are yet to unveil the details of the cast and crew of the film.

Nimisha Sajayan to debut in Marathi

Award-winning actress Nimisha Sajayan is making her debut in Marathi with an upcoming film titled ‘Hawahawai’. The film is directed by Mahesh Tilekar. The director himself is handling the screenplay and edits. Pankaj Padghan is handling the music department. Asha Bhosle and Urmila Dhangar are crooning songs for the film.

Dileep's anticipatory bail plea shifted to Feb 2

Actor Dileep's anticipatory bail plea has been shifted to February 2. The court also ruled that the actor should not be arrested till then. The actor sought anticipatory bail after the police registered a fresh non-bailable case related to a conspiracy to attack investigating officials in the actress abduction and sexual assault case, in which he is an accused.
