Madhuri Dixit-Nene's debut in Marathi cinema -- 'Bucket List' has already created a stir in the glamour world. With this, the Marathi 'mulgi' Madhuri has turned towards her roots and with her grace and talent, she is receiving rave reviews from all over the fraternity.

As Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is one of the distributors of the film, KJo has been closely associated with the promotions of the film. Today, he re-tweeted master blaster Sachin Tendulkar's tweet as he praised the film. Karan tweeted, "The legends verdict....so happy you enjoyed #BucketList."

'Bucket List' is a story inspired by an article

The story of the movie is reportedly inspired from an article which Tejas Deoskar saw somewhere in 2013. It was apparently a short story about an event and, ever since then, it was on his mind. He then developed a story around it in late 2016. Apparently, right from when he thought of putting this article down into a story, he only had Madhuri Dixit on his mind as a lead and fortunately, the actress said yes after he narrated the story to her. Well, this ticks a wish off Tejas's bucket list too of working with the evergreen diva.

Ranbir Kapoor's cameo in the film

The trailer of 'Bucket List' saw Bollywood's heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor make a blink-and-a-miss appearance at the end, where the actor plays a cameo as himself- a Bollywood star. Well, you would have to watch the film to know more about the special appearance by Ranbir. Madhuri and Ranbir were previously seen, sharing screen space in the famous song 'Ghagra' from the latter's film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. The duo is now all set to create the same magic once again. This also marks the debut of Ranbir Kapoor in Marathi cinema.

This vivacious sister Jodi from the 1994 Bollywood film 'Hum Aapke Hai Koun'will be seen reuniting in Tejas Deoskar's 'Bucket List' almost after 24 years. If reports are anything to go by, Madhuri Dixit strongly recommended Renuka Shahane for this role. The two beautiful ladies recently recreated the song 'Lo Chali Mein' on the sets of 'Bucket List', cherishing old memories and creating new ones.
