Dhanush starrer 'Captain Miller' to have an IMAX release

Dhanush will be next seen on big screens in 'Captain Miller', and the film is slated for release on January 12. The makers of 'Captain Miller' are aiming to make the pan-Indian film a grandeur one, with IMAX release in India. An inside source from IMAX India has confirmed the IMAX release of 'Captain Miller' in India, and Dhanush's film will be the third Tamil film after 'Ponniyin Selvan 2' and 'Leo' to have an IMAX release.

Meanwhile, 'Captain Miller' has been censored with a U/A, and the film is releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages. The periodic drama will have a runtime of around 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Directed by Arun Matheswaran, 'Captain Miller' features Dhanush in the lead role with Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, Vinoth Kishan, Nivedhithaa Sathish, and John Kokken among others in pivotal roles. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring the music, while the cinematography of the periodic film is done by Siddhartha Nuni. The trailer of 'Captain Miller' is set to be released next weekend.
