Gautham Vasudev Menon is one of the most prominent and successful directors in Kollywood. Starting his career with Minnale in 2001, he has till now directed 20 films and is awaiting the release of his films 'Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha' and 'Dhruva Natchathiram'. Gautham Vasudev Menon, before stepping into the film industry to direct films, was part of Tamil TV soap operas like 'Pon Vilangu' and 'Simran Thirai'. He had been working on his script for 'Minnale' for Ling before he made his debut as a director.
