Adivi Sesh is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie, 'Dacoit,' starring alongside Mrunal Thakur in a revenge action drama. Ahead of the film’s release on April 10, the actor interacted on social media in his session, "#AskSesh," where he talked about the film. He went on to share that the film will be a shift from his popular thriller genre and about the difficulties he felt shooting it.

‘Dacoit’ is a genre shift for Adivi Sesh

During his interaction on X (formerly Twitter), Adivi Sesh was asked multiple questions by his fans about the upcoming release. One of the internet users asked, "When are you shifting your genre from thrillers?” To which the 'HIT: 2' actor wrote, “#Dacoit is that shift.” Another fan asked the actor how difficult it was to shoot in multiple languages for the film, for which Adivi Sesh mentioned it was "extremely tough and extremely satisfying."

Later, the actor was also asked about the toughest sequence in the film, which he called the extreme heat in the mountains. He wrote, “Climax on top of a mountain in 45-degree heat.”
The film is set to be a revenge love action drama, where Adivi Sesh is shown to be a convict who escapes prison to get back at his ex-partner for betraying him. Another netizen during the interaction asked, "More of a character-driven story or plot-driven thriller?” To which the ‘Major’ star added, “#Dacoit is a love story-driven action film."

Song ‘Touch Buddy’

Recently, the makers revealed another single from the film, ‘Touch Buddy,' which is a fun and lively song and is also released in Telugu by the name ‘Chichubuddi’. It is sung by Bhojpuri icon Pawan Singh and Jonita Gandhi.
