Young Telugu heroes Vijay Devarakonda and Varun Tej are getting ready to become boxers at the box office venue. It is known that Vijay is currently doing 'Liger' under the direction of Puri Jagannath and the film is said to be made with a martial arts storyline. The film, which is currently in the final stages of its shooting, will be released soon.

One more young Hero 'Varun Tej' too from Tollywood become a boxer for an upcoming movie 'Ghani' that is being directed by Kiran Korrapati. Varun is said to have worked hard for months for this film and became a professional boxer incarnation of the character. The final schedule is currently being filmed in Hyderabad.

On the female front, National award-winning Actress Keerthy Suresh is all set to become a shooter in her upcoming Telugu movie 'Good Luck Sakhi’. The film starring her in the lead role is being directed by National award winning Nagesh Kukunoor. It is said to be a sports-themed film with a shooting background where Keerthy will be seen as a rural young woman. Born and raised in a remote village, becomes a shooter and made a name for herself. Jagapathi Babu is said to be playing the role of a coach in this movie. The film is gearing up to release soon.

We also have upcoming Telugu film on ‘Karnam Malleswari’ who was the first to present a medal to this country in the weightlifting category at the '1995 Olympics'. Kona Venkat is currently preparing to release this Pan Indian film on her life. The film is directed by Sanjana Reddy.
