Recently, the ‘Kingdom’ star reacted to a fan's post on social media who had a long-time crush on him. The fan mentioned she liked him even before he entered the film industry.

Fan shares old memory

A fan with the user ID Vyshnavi Nitish shared a Reel on Instagram about her long-time crush on Vijay Deverakonda. In her post, she wrote, “I had a crush on him even before he entered the film industry and now he’s become a huge star nationwide. Can I call myself his first fan?” She also shared an old picture she took of him many years ago. She added, “When I saw him even before he entered TFI.”

Vijay Deverakonda’s warm reply

Vijay Deverakonda noticed her post and replied warmly. His comment made fans very happy. He wrote, “(heart emoji) to all those of you who have been there from the beginning. You all are special. Thank you vyshnavi for always being there and taking me back in time.”

Some people online thought the fan used AI to create the comment. Vyshnavi quickly explained everything. She said, “Ok. So to all the people who are asking how does he have kingdom dp in 2016... that screenshot is taken recently but the post is still active on Facebook.” She also mentioned to check her highlights for proof. She added that the old picture was taken in 2014, before his big films came out.

Vijay Deverakonda started his career with small roles in films like ‘Nuvvila’, ‘Life Is Beautiful’, and ‘Yevade Subramanyam’. He later became a big star with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Arjun Reddy’.
