Coronavirus: Maharashtra sees 6,479 new Covid cases, over 20k in Kerala

India reported 41,831 new cases, 541 deaths and 39,258 recoveries in the last 24 hours. Covid recovery rate is currently at 97.36%. There are a total of 410952 active cases in the country at present. Stay with TOI for all updates:

Covid-19: Punjab sees 53 fresh cases

Punjab on Saturday reported 53 fresh Covid cases, which took the total count to 5,99,104, while one coronavirus-related fatality pushed the toll to 16,293 in the state, according to a bulletin. The number of active cases is 534, it said. Kapurthala reported nine cases, followed by five each in Amritsar and Jalandhar, the bulletin said.
