4 face packs to remove facial hair naturally at home

Although facial hair is not a serious malady but it can still impel many people to opt for removing them. Some people may have facial hair that could be too coarse and dark, making it unwanted to say the least. Moreover, presence of facial hair can dull your glow, can pose hurdles in blending of make-up products, or even intervene in working of skin care products. The decision to remove facial hair could entail resorting to processes like waxing, threading, and laser treatments. However, none of these are pain free, inexpensive or guarantee not harming skin while getting rid of facial hair.

Turning to natural ways of removing facial hair at home is something to look forward to if you want to avoid any pain or don’t want to spend a dime. Home remedies do not remove facial hair but are said to lessen their growth. Home based solutions may also be effective in discouraging ingrown hair as well. Moreover, getting a facial removal treatment is nothing less than getting an effective and organic face mask. You would surprised to know that easy to find at home ingredients such as honey, baking soda, turmeric, egg, chickpea flour, etc can really work wonders. Beauty Guru, Shahnaz Husain discusses natural and ready to make at home methods to remove facial hair.

2/5

Chickpea flour mask

Chickpea flour also known as Besan, is the most easily available ingredient at home. But you would need other ingredients to prepare just the perfect mix and these ingredients are turmeric powder, cream and milk. Get a bowl and blend in it four tablespoon of chickpea flour, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon cream and two-three teaspoon of milk. Mix all the ingredients properly until the paste looks thick. Apply the paste on your face and let it dry properly. Once the paste feels hardened enough on your skin, it is time to pull the paste in the opposite direction of your hair growth, which in most cases is upwards. The hair would not get detached immediately on first pull off. However, the hair roots become soft and weak. Repeating the process twice or thrice may show some results. Regular use of this blend can show some wonderful results.

3/5

 Egg white mask

Once you have separated the egg white from the yolk, add a teaspoon of cornstarch and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix all these ingredients until the mixture turns into a thick paste. Apply this on your face gently. Once your skin feels tightened because of the dried off paste, peel off the mask. At least wait for 30 minutes before peeling off to see good results. As a consequence of this routine, not only will the hair be removed but even the dead skin cells would come off.

4/5

Banana and Oatmeal scrub

If you have a dry skin, you cannot ask for a better natural hair removal solution than this. It will not only help in removing facial hair, but also nourish your face with vital vitamins and minerals. To make this scrub, take half a banana and mash it properly. To the mashed banana, add two tablespoons of oatmeal and blend all these into a paste. Gently massage the mixture on your face and make sure that you move your palms in the opposite direction of hair growth. After scrubbing for 3-4 minutes, let the mixture rest on your face. Once the mixture feels tightened on your skin, it is time to rinse it off with lukewarm water.

5/5

 Rice flour and turmeric mask

Blend in two tablespoons of rice flour, two teaspoons of turmeric powder and two to three teaspoons of milk (put according to requirement). The mixture of these ingredients should look like a thick paste of rice flour. Gently apply the mixture and keep it on your face until it turns hard. Before washing, try to pull off as much mixture as possible. Rinse your face with lukewarm water.

We all are aware that natural ways take their time but are effective and show long term results. Therefore, do not become impatient on your first few attempts of applying a natural remedy. Do it regularly and make sure to pull or peel in direction against your hair growth. After you rinse, do not forget to apply moisturizer.
