Story: Work brings a young couple, played by Amol Kolhe and Siya Patil, to a village. Here, they meet Chaitanya (Ghanshyam Yede), an ardent follower of the saints in the ‘Nath sampraday’, a school of thought, who ends up narrating religious stories about these saints to them.Review: The movie draws its reference from the religious book Navnath Bhaktisar. It mainly deals with the mythological tales around the birth and lives of the saints mentioned in the book.Aditi (Siya Patil) believes in God, but Amol, an engineer who has shifted to this village to oversee the construction of an upcoming factory, is shown to be an atheist. However, when Chaitanya starts narrating the tales, Amol turns into a believer. In their personal lives, the couple unable to have a biological child, resort to surrogacy. At a certain point though, Aditi has second thoughts about the same. But when her father narrates another tale from the book, she is convinced that surrogacy indeed is the way forward. As for performances, it is good to see Amol Kolhe moving away from playing historical characters. Watching him as an urbane engineer is a welcome change. Siya is sincere but Ghanshyam, the director who also plays Chaitanya, needs to up his acting game. Overall, the movie can be given a miss unless you are a believer of the said mythological tales.
