Pakistan were 17/2 after 4 overs and quickened to 50 runs in their next 6 overs. On the other hand, UAE flew off to 35/1 after 4 overs, but have crawled to 26 runs in the last 6 overs. So even though the worm might show both teams as even, it is actually Pakistan who are choking the hosts at the moment. Having said that, the Emirates are adopting the MS Dhoni approach, not going hard after the ball and give room for a collapse. Wickets in hand might just allow you to go big towards the back end, even if might be needing 60 off the last 5.
