Owais Khan brace in SECR win over City Police

NAGPUR: A brilliant brace by Owais Khan enabled South Eastern Central Railway (SECR) record a thumping 4-1 victory over City Police in the Super Six tie of the Meghe NDFA Elite Division Football League at the Motibagh ground here on Saturday.
At half time, cops were leading by 1-0, thanks to Azhar Sheikh who scored in the 27th minute. After the change of ends, the railmen came back strongly and slammed as many as four goals.Akib Faraz restored parity in the 61st minute.
Owais Khan swung into action and netted two quick goals in the 62nd and 63rd minutes. In the 75th minute, Rizwan Mohammad added one more to seal the fate of the cops.
In the Super Division, Nagpur Blues and Eleven Star played out a goalless draw.
