VADODARA: Several former cricketers including Mohinder Amarnath turned up to attend the condolence meet for the late Jaywant Lele on Sunday evening in the city.
Lele, a former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Baroda Cricket Association (BCA) secretary passed away at his residence on September 19 after suffering from heart attack.
Known to be an astute administrator, Lele was friends with several BCCI officials and cricketers.

Former international cricketers like Anshuman Gaekwad, Kiran More and Nayan Mongia had attended Lele's funeral along with several BCA officials.
On Sunday, many cricketers, eminent citizens and friends turned up to offer condolences to Lele's family members.
BCA officials have said that they will consider naming a cricket tournament after Lele in remembrance of the services he gave to BCA.
