Barrow, 54, is well known in football circles after playing 12 seasons in the NFL with the Oilers, Panthers, Giants, and Cowboys.
He also had coaching stints with the University of Miami Hurricanes and Seattle Seahawks after retirement. The arrest has now placed him back in the spotlight, though for reasons far away from football success.
