The International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) confirmed the news through an official statement, sending shockwaves across the lucha libre community just days before the October 30 event where Blue Demon Jr. was slated to compete for the IWRG Heavyweight Championship.According to IWRG’s announcement on Facebook, Blue Demon Jr. suffered what they described as a “delicate car accident,” ruling him out of Thursday’s Casket Match at Castle of Terror 2025.
